‘We had a great experience with Rachel who kindly helped us to look after our boy while we were away for the Christmas holidays! She has been very professional with daily messages and updates that helped me and my wife to feel reassured. ‘I have been using Rachel's Rascals as my pet sitter for 4+ years now for multiple trips per year and can't imagine using another service. She is friendly, responsive and will send photos and videos and an update on my cats for each visit. My cats (4) have all loved her. And I have/have had special needs animals who have required additional care and medicines during the time I have been using the service. I have felt very reassured that they are in capable, loving hands. I cannot recommend Rachel's Rascals enough. This is a wonderful alternative to using a cattery. Especially on longer trips.
